If I am applying for an individual grant, what do I need to provide?
First, please complete and submit the inquiry form no later than midnight EST October 15, 2010 to be considered for funding in 2011.
If your project falls within our guidelines, we will send you an application form following receipt of your letter of inquiry. You are required to provide two letters of reference and a CD/DVD of supplementary materials. A checklist and guidelines will be provided with your application. The date for receipt of all completed applications is by midnight EST on November 15.
