If I am applying for a project or an organization grant, what do I need to provide?

First, please complete and submit the Project/Organization Inquiry form no later than midnight EST October 15, 2010 to be considered for funding in 2011.

If your project falls within our guidelines, we will send you an application form following receipt of your letter of inquiry. A copy of your 501(c)(3) Certification Number, or the equivalent confirming your non-profit status is required. Additionally, biographies for all participants and a budget are required. A checklist and guidelines will be provided with your application. The date for receipt of all completed applications is midnight EST November 15.
