In 2006, Ms. Beltran conceptualized and organized the Wi-Fi Dance Festival, a unique independent contemporary dance festival held in cooperation with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). 2008 JDR 3rd Awardee and former president of CCP, Nestor O. Jardin, believes that Ms. Beltran has been essential in keeping the interest of modern dance alive in the Philippines. In New York, Ms. Beltran has observed the challenges, creative solutions, and innovative strategies involved with producing sustainable and dynamic festival platforms, which she hopes to apply to the future of her own dance programming in the Philippines.
