Wei-Lun Chen is the exhibition team leader for the Fubon Art Foundation in Taipei. After receiving her M.F.A. in multimedia and animation from the National Taiwan University of Art in 2006, Ms. Chen was hired by the Fubon Art Foundation to organize their annual Very Fun Park. Established in 1997, the Fubon Art Foundation supports small exhibitions, artist exchange programs (including Asian Cultural Council), public programs, and lectures. Very Fun Park is a multi-venue and open-air exhibition program that presents contemporary art in public spaces in Taipei in order for people to encounter art in their daily lives. In 2011, Very Fun Park presented fifty exhibition areas that stretched across the city.

ACC provided Ms. Chen with a two-month grant to visit Japan to observe multi-institution biennials and other "wall-less museums" organized by private and public museums and arts institutions. Ms. Chen met with the organizers of events such as the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennial and Setouchi International Art Festival in order to explore potential opportunities for future collaboration.
