This Website and E-Mail Privacy Policy describes how The Asian Cultural Council collects, uses, and shares non-personal and personal information when you visit the website and when you receive e-mails sent by The Asian Cultural Council.

2. Using the Information That We Collect

A. Operation of Our Business and This Website

The Asian Cultural Council uses the information we collect about and from you to respond to your requests, resolve problems, provide our Website to you, improve our offerings and to create new services, and market our products or services and those of our affiliates, partners and third parties to you. We use Billing Information only for purposes of authentication and to process donations online. The laws of the State of New York govern this Privacy Policy and any claim or dispute that you may have against us, without regard to New York State’s conflict of laws principles, and that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no applicability. Any disputes or claims that you may have with or against us will be resolved exclusively by a court located in New York County, New York, and you agree and submit to the exercise of personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
