"A Step Forward" is a solo work choreographed by Wang Yeu-Kwn, tailor-made for dancer LEE Yin-Ying. Inspired by the transformation of Lee's two trips to Japan in recent years to study traditional culture, the piece not only documents the growth of a person who speaks with her body as she continues to explore the outside world in search of herself, but it also hopes to encourage the audience to find a peaceful place through the performance.
