An internationally acclaimed violist who won the first prize for viola at the 1993 Munich International Music Competition and the Grand Prize at the Japan Culture Village Concert Hall. In 1988, she became the youngest gold medalist at the Lenautis International Tournament. He has collaborated with orchestras including the Munich and Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, Russian State Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, and State Symphony Orchestra. Huang Xinyun graduated from the Curtis and Juilliard Schools and currently teaches at both of these schools.
