He received ACC’s support to conduct movement research in Indonesia and the US. Although his stay in New York was disrupted due to COVID-19, Wayson’s resourcefulness led him to Japan, where he continued his movement research in Yokohama, Tokyo, and Kyoto. Wayson was able to reflect on his practice during his ACC fellowship and to absorb new ideas from exchanging with other artists.
